New Life Counselling is a counselling charity committed to supporting the emotional health and wellbeing needs of its clients through the provision of counselling and therapeutic services. New Life Counselling provides counselling services for children, young people, adults and families for a full range of issues including relationship difficulties, anger, depression, suicidal ideation, the impact of suicide, self harm, anxiety.
We provide a confidential and professional service at 3 sites across Belfast and beyond where funding allows. All of our counsellors are accredited by a recognised Professional Body and are very experienced in working with Victims and Survivors. Additionally New Life Counselling is an organisational member of BACP.

Our vision of the future is one where society actively promotes positive emotional health and wellbeing, gives everyone the freedom to grow and provides access to excellent counselling and therapeutic support services when needed.
We provide our services in relation to a wide range of issues that are widespread in communities with high social and economic deprivation including; stress, anxiety, depression, relationship breakdown, drug/alcohol issues, bullying, debt, bereavement/loss, self harming and suicidal ideation.
New Life Counselling employs a wide number of counsellors all working using various approaches and therapeutic models, all are fully accredited with their professional bodies. The staff team consists of accredited individual counsellors, as well as family, art, drama, music, and play therapists.
New Life Counselling has been providing high quality counselling services for 22 years.
