What is a Health & Wellbeing Caseworker and what can they help me with?

A Health & Wellbeing Caseworker can assist you to access services, information, and support to improve your health and wellbeing. They have experience of working with victims and survivors, and understand that your needs can be complex and can change over time.

Our Health & Wellbeing Caseworkers are available to discuss your needs with you, and to help you to access services and support to meet those needs. These can range from befriending to welfare advice, education and training support, disability aids, and psychological therapies. They can also help you engage with a range of community and voluntary services in your area, and with statutory services too.

Our Health & Wellbeing Caseworkers are based in our partner organisations. You can contact them directly.  They will treat your query in confidence. Alternatively, if you would rather that a referral was made on your behalf to your chosen organisation please contact a member of our Health & Wellbeing team on 02890311678
